The Women’s Health Protection Act (WHPA) has been introduced into Congress and will protect a woman’s health, ability to make her own decisions, and constitutional rights.
Despite its popularity among most Americans, the Women’s Health Protection Act passed in 2021 in the House of Representatives under Democratic Nancy Pelosi’s leadership but failed to advance in the Senate due to a Republican blockade.
